What to expect after you place an order

Processing time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation and a shipping notification when your package leaves our facility.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates and may change due to carrier delays or weather.

Tracking & address accuracy

Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. Please double-check your shipping address—reroutes and corrections can cause delays and additional fees.

What is your return window?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused items in original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll provide next steps and, when applicable, a return authorization.

Are there any items that can’t be returned?

Some items may be non-returnable (for example: special-order items, clearance items, or items that have been installed/used). If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering.

Do you offer exchanges?

If you ordered the wrong part, we can help confirm fitment and guide you to the correct item. In many cases, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
